This work is a very sharp satire about several problems in our current society, such as the adoration of political figures, the overvaluation of the media to the detriment of facts and the control of science for business purposes. At the same time, it manages to make us laugh and leave us curious about the next steps of the narrative, despite presenting shallow secondary characters and making it difficult to create a connection with them.

That's what Disney needed. With impeccable visuals and an absurdly engaging plot, this film practically guarantees the continuation of the saga. The representation of abstract ideas and psychological events makes the viewer see the workings of their own mind, with each new addition being a surprise. Furthermore, the script managed to handle screen sharing between the now 9 emotions (10 with Nostalgia) very well, with everyone having their moments of highlight and importance.

Anyway, Inside Out 2 is a moving, emotional (no puns intended) and reflective film that can make you think about your own emotions and, mainly, about who is in control of them.

With simply impeccable visuals and soundtrack, this almost 3-hour work of art stops the viewer from watching time pass in the cinema, keeping them involved in the entire complex web of personal relationships, politics and magic. The only flaw is the pace is a little too fast for such dense and elaborate content.
