Pretty good. As a novice runner I would have liked to see deeper and longer explanations that were more detailed and had some/better visuals of concepts like VO2 Max and lactate threshold, wind resistence/drag/drafting etc. I feel this would make running more accessible, and give the documentary a more educational element that I think would have elevated it to another level and appealed to a wider audience given the popularity of nerdism, obsessiveness etc.

Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith 2005
Dialog was crap, special effects were really poor in some scenes. Aniken's eye shadow is way over the top. Some good sequences but likely the worst film of the Star Wars universe.
