I almost cried so many times through out this movie, but especially the scene on the beach when Nic asks Jasper if it was weird to see him again and Jasper says, “At first. But you’re still the same old Nic.” and then learning that it was a true story really hit me :( i knew someone who went through what the father went through and it’s tough.
