The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie 2024
The opening credit sequence is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in any looney tunes cartoon.
After many iterations of the bugs and daffy formula, this movie smartly pivots to focus on daffy and porky (an iconic duo all their own). I can’t believe that the first fully animated theatrical looney tunes film doesn’t have Bugs Bunny in it. There’s no way this would have happened in the 90s. Black Bag 2025

GOOD GOD THIS IS A MASTERPIECE! One of the most hypnotic, transfixng gothic horrors I've ever seen. The release date has unfortunately meant most people won't see it until 2025 like myself but this movie has shot straight on my favorites list. Lily-Rose Depp is phenomenal but Bill Skarsgård is gone here. I loved every second of this film and it is one of the best films of 2024 easily.
