  -Like Encino Man, but instead of the subject being a Paleolithic man, it is a long-dicked snowman.
  -Like Poor Things, both subjects are just hours old and are created for the satisfaction of adults.

  The Dark Crystal 1982

  I am actually super surprised this hasn't broken past four stars. Effects like these that are not CGI immediately impress me. CGI ALWAYS looks like something unnatural and untouchable. I don't mind most of its uses, but I cannot deny its unrealistic nature.
  I love the miniatures and the use of them here somehow make me feel connected to nature. Just beautiful costuming, sets and creature creation. And I can relate to the Skesis; miserable, moaning, ugly. It me.

  I have not seen this movie in a long time and now I know why; I HATE the main character, but there are many good things about the movie.
  You know this movie is about to be a BANGER with what you see and hear in the opening credits. Just that good 80s 90s horror vibe. Again, like the last Franken flick, massive Gregg Araki vibes. Try to tell me that talk show "Motor Mouth" is not totally another dumb…

  Favorite Deadpool movie by far. I legitimately laughed out loud several times. There are still a lot of mediocre jokes, but a lot of good ones are present as well. Usually, I am rolling my eyes half of the time during a Deadpool movie. Too much dialogue; they are like the Gilmore Girls of superhero movies with all of the constant pithy dialogue. The limelight was shared, which helped a lot. I loved ugly Deadpool dog. I thought for sure…
