  Malick is the master of shooting in the interstitial space. No one else does it like him. Simply a visual feast. Having just recently watched Nickel Boys, these films are both very important to me.

  Fire the editor. Fire the colorist. 
  Didn’t realize Ridley reached his ‘Fuck It’ phase this early. I bet there’s a 3.5 hour cut of this somewhere that would make this rushed mess a lot less frustrating.
