I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House 2016
A sub-genre of horror I wanna call 'atmospheric horror' or 'classic ghost story horror'. I really dig it. Basically a very accurate movie adaptation of a good ghost story you would tell around a campfire with your friends or family without the flashiness of typical modern horror films. Feels like a period piece.

Beau Is Afraid 2023
As someone who has anxiety similar to the main character, don't see this if you're someone with anxiety issues. It actually gave me an anxiety attack and put my mental health progress back years. Pure psychological torture.

It Might Get Loud 2008
I bought the DVD over a decade ago cuz I was a huge fan of Led Zeppelin and early U2 at the time. Didn't know who Jack White was. But that opening shot and him recording Fly Farm Blues live in one take instantly made me a fan.
