  Maybe 3.5 stars because it was different?
  But his transformation at the beginning happens really quickly and I didn’t really get a sense that he was tormented that much and then all of a sudden he was handsome … and now wanting to play a role of a deformed person. I guess the point was that he was way more tormented as a handsome dude … but it only seemed that way because he wanted that role as the deformed…

  Continuing my Safdie Brother run, today was the film that made Robert Pattinson reach out to the brothers. They were about to make Uncut Gems and they stopped down to write a movie for Pattinson, which was Good Time.
  My order is:
  Good Time
  Uncut Gems
  Heaven Knows What.

  This movie was cool & was crazy raw. I don’t think you really routed for any of the characters though and you felt kind of dirty the whole time.
