Ghostbusters: Afterlife 2021
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Not bad. It has a lot of charming 80s-ness about it. For a reboot with a character brought back to life by CG, it wasn’t that bad at all. I feel like I should have been offended, but nah. The story has a plot, some mystery, an emotional core, Paul Rudd, and it wasn’t dumb. What else do you want in a movie?

Slasher film. Does whatever a slasher film does. It doesn’t follow the formula to a T, but it shouldn’t. It’s got it where it counts, with the gore and creative deaths. I mean, as holiday-themed horror goes, it’s great.
