  First Woody Allen film. What a great script. What sets this a part from other romantic comedies, are the detestable characters. Its not about love but infidelity and human flaws. Theres deep insecurity behind every character and I believe it realistically/successfully portrays the struggle of modern monogamous relationships. Ike’s references are hilarious, its hard not to root for him despite his completely immoral pursuit of Tracy.
