  ever since watching Mrs. Miniver i’ve been looking forward to this one!! (even though it’s probably gonna be just another depressing world war II movie) 

  -omg cleveland represent ‼️ (they even called it a nice town let’s gooooo)
  -Harold Russel you are so cool
  -craziest baby stroller of all time appears in this movie 
  -this is already so emotional ohmygod
  -oh good now it’s super depressing 
  -Butch playing at the piano and talking in between the chords i love you…

  aaaand the oscar list continues. ok i also don’t know anything going into this one but it’s Billy Wilder so my expectations are high i cannot lie 
  -“that’s the nice young man who drinks” oop-
  -i really wanna go to an opera show but i’m so worried everyone there would be so incredibly annoying 
  -oh i would be pissed if a man threw an umbrella at me i’m sorry i would’ve left immediately

  well, i guess i’m excited to see bing crosby acting as a father of a New York parish? sounds dumb… but like, my kind of dumb. also, just to set the scene: i watched the beginning with amanda and emily in class and they were reading along with the random Romanian subtitles that i can’t get rid of. so yeah those are just gonna be there for the whole movie

  6. wirt jr- i like the confusion aspect and wirt’s name is better for some unknown reason
