Νομίζω αυτή η ταινία ήταν η προσπάθεια του σκηνοθέτη να κάνει μια ιντι-κουιρ-προχω ταινία με όλους τους λάθος τρόπους.
Φουλ σεξουλαικοποιημενη, με το γυναικείο γυμνό να υπερτερεί κατά πολύ το ανδρικό σε μια προσπάθεια "απενοχοποίησης" η οποία θα ίσχυε αν δεν την συνόδευαν αισχρά commentary.
Όλη η ταινία στόχευε σε ένα sock factor, με ακραίες φράσεις, δηλώσεις και καταστάσεις, το οποίο μετά τα πρώτα 15 λεπτά σταματούσε να δουλεύει λόγω της επανάληψης.
Ο λόγος που έδωσα ένα και όχι μισό αστεράκι είναι το cinematography και κάποια ωραία πλάνα. -

Ireland is so beautiful. I mean the scenery in this was out of this world.
Also, it was a really funny movie within a really sad, melancholic environment. As life often is.
Siobhan being the only character wearing colour and then leaving the island with that bright yellow coat was piece of art.
