  Really solid premise, I fully believe this was written and filmed before the election because the Trump parallels were WAY to heavy handed and brought me out of the movie. I also think they were banking on him losing and that just didn’t happen. I don’t mind political commentary if it’s subtle and well done.

  My new favorite Godzilla movie. I have zero complaints, even the human characters were well written and convinced you to be invested in them. Godzilla is how he originally was; a MONSTER.  Godzilla action was good and in character and the atomic breath was stunning. Better nuke scenes than Oppenheimer.
