  The aesthetic was really fun. I wish they delved into Jack's backstory more. It's rare that I say this but maybe a prequel could be fun. As for the movie itself I felt like it was holding on too much to the found footage aspect and at some point it was holding it back. Still great performances.

  This was hard to watch. For many reasons. First of all I want to say that I really liked the bababook so I was excited for this one. I really wanted to like it. I'll start with the positive.
