    Even better the second time!

To quote Van Buren I find watching this film so "intellectually stimulating".

Den of Thieves 2: European Vacation aka Big Boys For Life.

Shocked how more grounded and patient this movie is in contrast to the unhinged bombast of the first. Reminded me a lot of Rififi with a dash of Ronin at the end. Honestly refreshing to see an action franchise evolve to take itself more seriously. Hoping that continues with the inevitable next entry.

    Akin to experiencing a mega-rich 85-year-old's 138-minute fever dream.

Acting and SFX reminded me of live-action cutscenes from video games.

Just happy Francis got to spend a lot of time with his family making this.

    “Monumental” indeed.

The VistaVision cinematography is breathtaking, truly transporting you to another era—both within the film’s story and in the experience of watching the film itself.
I thought I would need the intermission, but I really didn’t. It’s a very fast-moving 3 hours and 35 minutes, with an ending that demands debate and discussion.
I loved Kieran Culkin in A Real Pain, but I’m rooting for Geelong’s Guy Pearce to bring home the statue in March. What a bastard.
