  I'm afraid it dragged a bit because it's runtime was just wayyyy too long. I'm of the opinion that musicals should be fast paced and exciting and every scene should be just as fun as the next which is why when they break out into song and dance it doesn't feel out of place, but there were so many useless moments and scenes that could've easily been cut.
