I'm not fond of writing reviews for a number of reasons, but I guess we're talking about a literal river of shite here so might as well dive in:
perhaps a few adjectives to begin with?: disgusting, nauseating, overlong, incomprehensible (is there even anything to comprehend?), overtly graphic, vulgar, et cetera.
