A valiant first directorial debut from Kendrick -- tension building and perfectly executed for what type of film it is -- a tender albeit safe PG-13 vibes thriller.
No nudity, no grotesque violence, but every ounce of drama and erie camera work sweeping each collage together swiftly. From a story point, the timeline is in conspicuous enough space; where does it all lead, to the main characters advancement?
A film where you're waiting with baited breath and then never really end it.
A wonderful ending sequence....
