The Greatest Showman should be renamed The Below Average Museum Owner.
I’ve never seen a film with such one-dimensional characters, being placed onscreen purely to fill space and lure Zac Efron fangirls. Baywatch was honestly better because at least he was shirtless in that one.
It was highly ironic that the film preaches about the genuine appreciation of the unique “curiosities” in Barnum’s show, but proceeds to ignore their character development entirely. What was the bearded lady’s name again..?

The Room 2003
Oh hai doggi.
The audience is 90% of the viewing experience. Definitely, you could get some small giggles and “what the fuck”s out of yourself from a solo viewing, but what made this film iconic is its ability to get the audience to chant rubbish in unison. The theatre (I watched it at The Projector) provided free spoons and a pre-screening briefing session. It was basically one big drinking game.
