Mary 2019
Gary Oldman gives an amazing performance as usual, along with the rest of the cast. The story has a lot of promise but ultimately falls apart during the race to the end. There are a few really beautiful shots, but they are outnumbered by the amount of shots with inexcusably soft focus. The low budget really comes through with the set design, such as the empty wall with a nest "security camera" in the coast guard office. It's still worth a viewing for a solid Gary Oldman fix, and well worth the $3 I paid for the Blu-ray at Big Lots.
