Typical K-drama medical series, intense, dramatic and full of over-the-top medical miracles. The ER scenes are exciting and the show throws in some solid humour to balance out the tension. The banter between the medical team feels natural and adds to the fun dynamic. But yeah, sometimes the drama goes way overboard, making serious moments feel a bit extra.
