i watched 2/3 then read the screenplay. i remain incapable of body horror especially needles! that being said, holy shit. the sound design in particular blew me away. production design gorgeous, i thought the choices they made to cut a lot of the 'explaining' from the script made it sleeker. demi moore's physical work blew me away and margaret qualley... jesus. why aren't we talking about her as one of the greatest young people working? and if we are, can i join the conversation bc between this and the yorgos movies last year <33333

this did it for me! both of them are brilliant. screenplay gorgeous. never seen someone capture the brutally awkward oversharing of a group introduce yourself like this before. grief man. seeing someone at the hardest time of their life. is pain to be contained or let out to the public. lots lots lots for me to think about! word for word conversations i've been having! thank you jesse eisenberg

i feel weird and icky inside like it’s sticking to me. it somehow felt too short ? or underdeveloped like i was missing a prequel so time to watch the 1922 and read dracula! willem dafoe is a gift lily rose depp delightfully gothic and now i feel like i can’t breathe . sure did keep me awake through the jet lag!
