A movie like this needs a charismatic maniac of a villain and I just don't think Ruffalo in ham-mode is that guy. Toni Collette does her best to save his flailing performance, but it's not enough. Thankfully Pattison kills it and the rest of the supporting cast is pretty good. Visually kind of flat/uninteresting. Satire came off feeling tame and a little past its Sell By date in the New Trump Republic. Truly feels like this released a year too late and I have no one to blame but Zaslav for that.
