Flight Risk is dreadful. Maybe the worst movie I’ve ever seen in a theater. The only positives are that it only takes them eight minutes to get in the air and the movie is less than 90 minutes long. Y2K had some moments for sure but it didn't feel consistent to me. It was trying to be funny and I didn't find it as funny as Maximum Overdrive, which has a very similar premise but is not trying to be funny. The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare 2024
I’m not sure if this is a great movie, but watching it is a great time. Guy Ritchie understood the assignment (killing Nazis). There’s a running gag in the movie about how violent Alan Ritchson is when he kills Nazis. It’s not quite a one to one comparison but it felt sort of like a Guy Ritchie version of Inglorious Basterds. I would recommend it if you like Guy Ritchie or if you like seeing Nazis die.
