  I thought this was a really cool premise about a giant nest. And the innate hubris of humans trying to enslave a race that was millions of years old. And clearly more intelligent than the doctor thought. The futility of their plan to enslave them. And the use of Galinas body as it’s puppet to communicate was eerie. But I just wish there was a bit more on the species itself. The nest. I want to know more about what it absorbed and did. And the unnecessary romance was. Disappointing but expected.

  This movie is so near and dear to my heart. I adore it
