IT IS VERY CLEAR that Josh Ruben and writers Phillip Murphy, Christopher Landon, and Michael Kennedy have a love for romcoms, cheesy camp and horror, and from that love we get a true horror/romcom. At times, especially towards the end of the 3rd act, the story starts struggle to balance all of these story elements and characters in a relatively contained film. Overall though, I would highly recommend this to any horror fan couple to give this film a chance for awesome kills, fun gore and a cutesy love story.

the Voss demon was the scariest part.
huge improvement over the first, however it has some of the same issues from the first (not following established rules). Yellow was a motif used to show when the character was hallucinating, and for most of the film that tracks, but ultimately falls through. Punchy, scary and worth the watch!
