  Brief Encounter 1945

  Melodramatic but surprised me by its depth of feeling. I expected something goofier or more morally driven. Ambient coal everywhere. If I time traveled to 1940s England I would be like “dude what did you just say?” That one woman with the flower hat could just talk. What would this have been like without the voiceover?

  Printing a new one was a good visual gag that got me a couple times. Sauce stuff was OK. Otherwise it didn’t super land for me.
