  Technically beautiful, masterfully acted but (and hear me out here) it could have been hornier. Vampires are all about repressed horniness and while this had moments that were meant to read as sexy, I feel like they forgot to add the sensual part. Or it's possible my brain is rotted from having access at a very young and tender age to a very fresh and lawless internet.

  I'm aware that this movie has a delightful story and unique animation. That animation style just so happens to unnerve me to the point that I try and put this film out of my memory as fast as I can once I am reminded of its existence

  Have you ever hated women so much you spend a whole film sexualizing, infantilizing, torturing and degrading them all at once?
  All I heard about this movie is how aesthetic it was and it fucking sucks to look at.
  This one star is for Elijah Wood because he looks like he's having a great time.
