The standard American Sci-fi Shlock affair with all the standard A.S.S. tropes, stock characters, delivery insistent on drama, inorganic exposition of pop science (with multiple cousins of the pen-through-folded-paper wormhole explanation scene), on the nose subtext, montages extended well beyond welcome, and twists pulled out of the writer's... well... A.S.S. The frisbee scene was a nice touch. Ex Machina was a fluke.
