A Complete Unknown 2024
This is as good as biopics get. And honestly it’s mostly the acting that completes this movie; Timothee Chalamat is phenomenal as Bob Dylan. Everything about him becomes the the character; his cadences, his voice, and his singing. His performance is impressive. The story itself does a great job capturing the nyc folk rock scene and Dylan’s rise to fame. I read half of the actual autobiography this movie is based on and it adapts nicely. Overall really cool movie and I’d recommend!

They don’t make movies like this anymore. It’s clever, funny, and timelessly epitomizes human behavior. Everything you watch from this film seems so genuine and pacing is great. It doesn’t take itself too seriously all the while delivering a really great story with substantive characters.
