A tragic story about the cruelty of life portrayed by a lamb, symbolically one of the most innocent creatures, who is struck by his mother’s death and the herd’s failure to protect her out of fear. Ultimately out of his quest to become strong enough to save others, he himself becomes the perpetrator of violence.
