  as someone who was raised by skins and grew up glamorizing the hell out of drug use i deeply appreciate how real this film was. it didn't portray attractive teenagers being mysterious and wild and most importantly: hot. cough..effy..cough. it showed the reality. how things were in scotland in the 90s. and how they still are all around the world. i like not being lied to my face. i like honesty. fuck skins. all my homies hate skins.
