City Lights 1931
it's pure brilliance. The build up is perfectly executed and the characters are giving so much depth yet barely saying anything. Every single scene is entertaining. Some parts making me laugh out loud, which is a silent film has never done. Also, the ending is so well done, nearly made me cry. This should be an absolute must watch for everyone.
