what a ride.
i just love and admire Selena.
talking about her life in such a deep way in the way she did was amazing. breaking the stigma that people normally have when talking about mental health. it should be discussed in the same way that physical health is, because our minds are the center of our bodies. and if they are not doing well, we aren't either.
i just love how raw this documentary is.
i really love her and just hope that she is feeling better.
