Watched this because of a few screencraps on Twitter having absolutely no idea of what I was in for.
This was a nice surprise. It’s the perfect intersection of camp and pensiveness; straddling between taking itself seriously, and adding in humor where it’s necessary. It doesn’t feel strained or unnatural. Although seeing Rupaul in butch get-up took me out (in a good way I guess???).
Could’ve benefited from better pacing in some parts, but that’s just me nitpicking.

This is the worst entry in the trilogy. I’m trying to find something this film does remarkably well, but everything ranges from terrible to mediocre. The only saving grace is Mia Goth’s stellar performance. But even that wasn’t enough to make this slog of a screenplay watchable.
First, let’s talk about the cinematography. They slapped grain on it and some film-esque presets and called it a day. Which would’ve been fine if there was any thought put into the framing.…
