Possessor 2020
A lot of tension without a resolution. Effective gore. Interesting concept, some good effects, some interesting scenes. Dreadful, but I kept asking myself if anything was actually happening. The plot moved but I didnt feel like it moved me along with it. The “glimpses” of memory are well done. An unbalanced film that cares more about cool shots and sequences than the details of its story, which seems to be young Cronenberg’s hallmark.
