  i feel like i'm going insane. how do people see this film as a happy and contented view of everyday reality. sure there is the latter, but the whole time i have been so sad and kinda frustrated about a lot of things, mainly about paterson and laura. and i was pretty sure it was meant to be taken like that, but people seem to have a completely different opinion and still like the movie. i am beyond confused
