  i was so excited and i didn’t hate it but holy FUCK this felt ten hours long i’m sorry! suuuuuch long scenes like continuously just scenes that ran 10+ minutes too long and made me shop for jeans on my phone like wow the plot just felt sooooooo thin.. i really do like mikey madison too but this was completely unengaging for me i really can’t even give it three stars. i think maybe if i had seen it in a packed theater it would have made a difference? like if i was literally forced to focus? idk. best picture is crazy

  not a huge fan of voiceovers so i was a little like shhhhhhhhh HOWEVER mark ruffalo made me laugh and robert pattinson is very good at his job and did a silly voice and i love toni collette :3

  this was genuinely terrifying as fuck to me, like equally on par with us and get out (which i was sooo shocked about because it was also peele’s funniest film). this movie rocks because its easy to watch (sort of) mindlessly and just be like wow, cool aliens and steven yeun and nice ending, genuinely good thriller. but also its a lot more than that, still trying to gather my thoughts on the intermingling but VERY well put together concepts…
