Perhaps it is a hollow criticism that films that play on the Groundhog Day formula can only be so good relative to the original?
I feel like the karmic aspect of ground hog day escape is maybe more satisfying thematically? But also I’m not sure 🤔 more thought required
But really liked the characters and the actors they really delivered on the emotional beats
This film is super fun love a script rich with ennui which is still upbeat and quirky
