  Didn't at all expect the ending to get me the way it did. 30 minutes before it, I was BORED out of my mind wondering when the hell this was gonna end. I really couldn't stand Ellie which 1000% goes against my lover of unlikeable characters personality oops.   i rarely find myself fully into movies with runtimes past 1 hr 45 min but this managed to pull me in and keep me from start to finish. i love the world she lives in; i want to be there too and i wish the film were longer so i could bask in it some more. i know I’ll rewatch at least 100 more times after this and i’m excited for when that time comes
