The Boy and the Heron 2023
Beautifully animated, emotional at parts and an amazing setting. Left a little too much to the imagination and left me confused. A lack on my part? Perhaps. But I don’t think this is a movie for kids.
I feel like this movie had a 3 hour cut that was whittled down to 2 hours, and that’s a pity.
