Frankenstein 2004
i absolutely love mary shelley’s frankenstein. i was asked to watch this specific adaptation of the film for english literature, and i found the cinematography to be absolutely lovely.
i did find that there were inaccuracies sprinkled throughout the film, which weren’t entirely unbearable, but i did find myself questioning a lot of them. e.g. elizabeth discussing her and victor’s relationship while on horse and carriage (in the novel it was via letter), i understand how the continuous writing of…
