This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I cried for 75% of this film and I’m still shaking even though it finished 20 minutes ago. The cinematography was amazing and so was the acting. At the end I wanted William to hug lieutenant Blake, but he couldn’t because of the “men don’t cry” bullshit and it broke my heart seeing him try and not cry despite hearing the awful news. Honestly how did humanity come to this? It was a truly captivating film.
