A Fistful of Dollars 1964
this was so awesome. my intro to CLINT (I found my next halloween costume). Camerawork was insane, I loved the pan from horse riding to hiding to cavalry shootout. The actors staging was a masterclass. This is sending me down a western craze.

Beneath all the stunts and horses, this is a story about kindness. What I took away from this is that kindness is a seed planted by one person, and it spreads. It warmed my heart a little.

Midnight Cowboy 1969
Absolutely devastated by the end. The intro set it up to be this beautiful almost coming of age story with goofy characters but it was so real. Particularly loved joe and ratzo together, they were so opposite but at the same time so alike. they needed each other. excellent film
