  A lot of fun with some really solid performances, but feels like it has a lot less of a clear direction and identity compared to Bongs other works. Feels light and breezy and a little structureless, for better and for worse. Final act is kind of a chore and turns weirdly into a Ghibli-esque affair, which isn't inherently bad but it doesn't feel like it was pulled off very well in this instance.   Every second of this is so fun, so goofy and so disgusting at the same time. This is in close competition with Evil Dead as the most fun and practically creative zombie movie there is out there. Also has one of my favourite comedy relationship dynamics of "literally the nicest woman ever" and "oblivious but well-meaning guy who fumbles every opportunity."

  I feel like it's also not mentioned much but I love the soundtrack and audio so much, it's borderline…
