  God I love this movie. The comedy! The conflict! The verbal smackdowns Danielle delivers to the prince every time he's a privileged dick! We love to see it. It's everything a modern Cinderella story wishes it was.

  An fun overview of an actress I'd shamefully not heard of, but where the first half engaged me with a look at her early life and mysterious parentage, it all went downhill quite quickly when the quirky characters of those who knew her and the biographer dipped into uncomfortable transphobic commentary around Dawn Langley Simmons.
