  besides a couple weaknesses like underexploring fujisawa's motives, this show does great in giving humanity to all its characters as well as highlighting the importance of healthy communication in relationships – the issues not being intentional malice or carelessness but the fear of confrontation & abandonment.

  it fits very well that the leads' respective main traits are kindness & directness, representative of the combined importance of both. ultimately, this series shows that the avoidance of sorting out relevant things – sex included…
