The movie, of course, is a comedy, so it's not like I'm recommending it for a serious reflection of feminists ideals, or something. It also includes some amount of humor which can be harder to appreciate without a Polish background, and I'm not sure how much of the humor might actually get lost in translation but still, I would strongly recommend watching it, if only for a few laughs.
