Amazing that they slid in an Israeli doctor somberly singing “I fight and fix but never stop the war,” and then go right back to degrading and disrespecting trans people and Mexicans in ways that will make your jaw drop repeatedly. Quite possibly the worst film ever made. Too offensive and enraging to even get a tolerable hate-watch out of it. Holy fuck this movie was absolute dogshit on so many levels that I cannot possibly articulate right now. Extra negative stars for having to listen to the audience laugh while a SW got assaulted over and over. And to the reviewers who continue to say that Ani being underdeveloped is the point because “she’s a sex worker so we see her as she sees herself.”— I pray that 2025 brings you just a few more brain cells.
