Such a raw and powerful film that touches on many topics that conflict the black community through the use of a love story. Nicholas Britell did amazing work on the film's score. It flows perfectly through each scene and doesn't drown out the deliverance, but more so enhances it and draws calculated emotion from the viewer throughout the film.
For it to be considered one of the least popular movies of the series since it doesn’t include any of the original cast, except for an ending cameo of Vin Diesel. This movie delivered the best story throughout the series with a grand impact; caused a new generation to become heavily infatuated with JDM car culture. This is thanks to the director Justin Lin, who used credible resources like Toshi Hayama from JDM Insider who’s was heavily involved with the culture at the time. The movie never had a dull moment while not losing focus of showing great appreciation for Japanese culture and their cars.
